The importance  of getting the solder paste printing correct at this process stage cannot be understated . 

Our automated printer uses cameras to align the fiducial marks on the stencil with the pcb , resulting in a perfect registration and print every time.

This is confirmed by Post print  2D inspection

The high speed iPulse M1 placement machine has 6 nozzles , on the fly correction and dual fixed cameras 

This enables the placement of TQFP up to 50x50mm and chip components down to 0402 at high speed and repeatable accuaracy

All pcb assemblies undergo a thorough inspection using one of our many HD microscopes as part of  our standard quality control  process.
